Join us for a Rosary walk in honor of Hubie Herold!

February 19th @ 9am.*

We plan to meet at Shamrock Park and walk around the pond, stopping to reflect on the Glorious Mysteries.  Please remember to bring your Rosary booklet & Rosary.

*In the event of pouring rain, we will postpone the walk. Rain date will be Sunday, February 23rd @ 5pm. 

Hubie Herold, affectionately called “Papa Hubie” by his Godson, was an avid walker with a deep love of the Rosary. He gave so much of himself to our church, attending Rosary group on Thursdays, lending a hand every week on Tuesdays to help vacuum the sanctuary and frequently attending daily Mass. He walked 3 to 5 miles, everyday that he could, even when it it rained.  He had such a deep love of life, reflected in the smile with which he greeted the world and the way he gave so freely of himself. Papa Hubie has gone on to find his great reward, but lives on in the hearts of his family and dear friends. He is an inspiration to my family, and to all who knew him. We miss you, Papa Hubie, and hope the path you trod in heaven fills you with the warmth you brought to the world.
