Day of Reflection for Men

"Men, do you need a break from the constant demands on your time? Do you need a time out from your daily routine?  As a man, you may feel isolated at times, questioning your place in the world, or you may simply want to fellowship with others who seek the same source of comfort and strength, our Lord Jesus Christ.  While you may not be able to go for an overnight retreat, can you gather with us for a day at Saint Matthew Parish to reflect and connect with other men seeking answers along their spiritual path?  Set aside March 23 to take a break from your day-to-day cares and be closer to your God.
On the final night of his earthly ministry, before his passion and death, Jesus went to a garden to pray. He asked his friends to join him, and all he asked of them was that they stay and keep watch with him for an hour (Matt. 26:36–41). This Lenten Season, could you not watch with him for one day?
This Day of Reflection is hosted by the Knights of Columbus, Council 8972 but is open to all men of the parish. Details will be coming soon.  The cost will be $20 to pay for the retreat leader and lunch.
